Shipping information

  • What shipping carriers do you use?

    We ship our product using multiple carriers (Lasership, UPS, OnTrac), depending on where you live and what product you ordered.

  • What should I do if the the tracking says delivered but I didn't receive it?

    There are a few things that could’ve happened here – we apologize for the inconvenience!

    First, look for the delivery location in the tracking information. This will give you more information about where exactly your package was dropped (i.e. door, mailbox, garage) so you can check that specific location.

    If you still can’t find the package, double check your order confirmation and see whether the correct shipping address was entered. If there was an error in the shipping address, reach out to support@arielfood.com for help.

    Lastly, check with your neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf.

    If none of the above are successful and your order doesn’t show up within 24 hours, please reach out to support@arielfood.com and confirm your shipping address so we can investigate further. Don’t worry, we will make sure you get your cold brew!

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    Orders will be delivered to your door in 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. This includes 1-2 days for processing time and then another 2-3 days for delivery. Please note, our warehouse doesn’t ship on weekends, so orders placed Friday evening through Sunday evening won’t go out the door until Monday, at the earliest.

  • Do you offer faster shipping?

    We are able to serve most of the U.S. in 2 days from our network of warehouses (once the order ships). We do not currently offer faster shipping options, but if you need your coffee on a specific date (for an event, for example) contact us directly at support@arielfood.com and we will do our best to make your dreams come true.

  • How can i track my package?

    Seconds after you hit “place order” you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the order ships (usually within 24 hours), you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email  with a tracking number and an expected delivery date. If you are a subscriber, you can always login to your account to check your latest order status under the “order history” section.
